Where will my session take place?
With the exception of mini sessions where the location and times are set, you get to chose! See my favorite locations here.
When will my session take place?
When shooting outdoors, ideally, our session will take place within an hour and a half of sunrise or sunset.
How long will it take to get my images back? what about albums and prints?
You will receive an email with a link to your digital portraits in 2-3 weeks. Prints and albums once ordered may take up to 4 weeks.
DO you reschedule for rain? Cold? Excessive heat?
Rain, always. Camera equipment and water do not mix well. If it is going to be cloudy, we may have a discussion about whether to reschedule. If you absolutely want that backlit golden session, a cloudy sky, while beautiful, will not be the same. We can also reschedule for weather too hot or cold, especially if little kids are involved. What I hate more than anything is gusty wind. We will reschedule when possible for winds greater than 20mph.
What should I expect during our session?
I like to get a mixture of 'posed' and candid/movement shots.
